- Keep a digital chain-of-custody record from delivery into inventory, to checkout for a case, to administration, to witnessed waste
- Reconcile what was checked out for a case against what was administered, wasted, and returned, and balance against the perpetual inventory and the biennial count
- Prompt the witnessed waste co-signature at the moment of waste, so it is captured while it happens rather than reconstructed later
- Compare usage, waste, and sequences of activity against peer patterns, and surface an outlier as an alert for a person to review, informational for a deviation, actionable for a discrepancy to resolve. It is a prompt to look closer, not an accusation and not a conclusion
- Aggregate the supporting records behind an alert so a review can be documented
- Lock each entry once it is recorded, so the record stays tamper-evident. If a correction is needed, it is captured as a new time-stamped entry, so the original is never erased and the full history stays intact
- Keep controlled-substance records separate for each location, for facilities with more than one site
- Support DEA recordkeeping and inspection preparation
- Export inspection-ready PDF reports on demand
